Carbon fiber has been popular once it hit the sport compact scene in the late 90's. While the material has been around for a long time, it was not starting to be used on vehicles cosmetically. Much like our situation with our FRP parts, being the first also comes with its downsides. For many who have been using any aftermarket parts from any of the companies back then, the grade A hoods of the late 90's to early 00's would never stand a chance of meeting that grade now. That's because we always try to set a precedence in what we do. While many went along with the carbon fiber craze, and had their businesses flourish, we were able to do the same, but kept improving the quality instead of letting it pass as good enough. We started for producing hoods and introduced the rolled edges (added security on the seams, and aestetically better), and the UV protectant coated hoods to prevent or delay hazing or discoloring of the resin. Now we have a huge array of carbon products for countless vehicles, for exterior, interior and engine bays. For our hoods, we start by making a hand laid fiberglass hood, and then applying a sheet of carbon to the top side, and wrapping it around the edges underneath. Our carbon products have been the standard from where other manufacturers are judged. We then use an epoxy resin to get everything melded together, and then finish off with several coats of UV protectant urethane clear. This not only creates the deep and glossy shine, but its most important job is to ensure you can keep your carbon product looking the way it does for years to come.

Being one of the first in the sport compact market to create kits, we have learned a lot over the years. Initially, parts were one off, made to order, and done at our first location in a mechanics bay. Once we started getting a high amount of inquiries and customers, it was time to start thinking about mass production. This was a huge trial and error part, and as many who were building cars in the mid to late 90's, fiberglass (also known as FRP) left a bad impression on many consumers and body shops. This was highly due to cheaper processes and a lot of corner cutting from competitors who were trying to surpass us, and the worst by far was any competitor using a chopper gun technique to make kits. To do things first is always difficult, but one thing that has helped up stay around longer than others, and grow to the business we have now, is our ability to not merely be content with our parts, but to also improve on mistakes. With products being hand made, there is also room for human error, as well as enviromental factors such as temperature changes and so forth. A major factor that sets us apart from some of our competitors is knowing what is wrong, how to fix it, and not masking issues or misleading the public. Our parts are good because it starts with a good mould, then we make our products using traditional hand laid fiberglass processes. This method is still employed because it works, and the same goes with our tried and tested materials. While we can't promise any state of the art hybrid fiberglass, or claims that it will be indestructible, but the main thing we can offer is a part that will fit, and be durable.
